Stepping Stones Museum for Children, located in Norwalk, Connecticut, is a hands-on, interactive museum dedicated to inspiring lifelong learning in children aged 10 and under. Situated within Mathews Park, the museum features five main galleries and over 100 hands-on activities, including a theater, a broadcast studio, and a high-definition screen. A notable highlight is the ColorCoaster, a 27-foot kinetic sculpture by artist George Rhoads, located in the entrance lobby. The museum underwent a significant expansion in 2010, doubling its interior space to enhance the visitor experience.
